Gabriel Martinelli Transfer from Arsenal to Real Madrid

Defensa Central reports that Real Madrid are interested in Arsenal attacker Gabriel Martinelli and that his name is on the club's shortlist of high-profile attacking options. Real Madrid’s interest in Martinelli is reportedly connected to the uncertain future of Vinícius Júnior. Multiple reports suggest that Vinícius is considering a new challenge. There are suggestions in Spain that Madrid could attempt a part-exchange deal, offering Vinícius Jr to Arsenal as part of a package for Martinelli. Arsenal’s stance is likely to be firm, as Martinelli is described as being central to Arteta’s long-term project.

According to Defensa Central, Arsenal winger Gabriel Martinelli has been offered to Real Madrid as a replacement for Vinicius Junior. The outlet claimed that several agents have offered Martinelli to various European clubs, including Real Madrid. Sources close to the Arsenal star reportedly told Defensa Central that his value is around €100million (£87m, £117m).

Recent reports indicated that Real Madrid had shown interest in Martinelli, but due to the intense competition among their forward players, the club is unlikely to renew their interest. It is now considered unlikely for Martinelli to move to Real Madrid. Both Barcelona and Real Madrid were previously evaluating Martinelli as a potential transfer, but Barcelona's recent signing of Marcus Rashford and Real Madrid's already crowded forward lineup have effectively closed these opportunities. As a result, a transfer to LaLiga, specifically to either of these clubs, is no longer an option for Martinelli. Despite Real Madrid cooling their interest, Martinelli may still consider other possibilities, such as a move to Saudi Arabia or PSG. The Brazilian winger, who is 24 years old, remains contracted with Arsenal until 2027, and his market value is currently estimated at €55 million by Transfermarkt.
