According to a report from the Spanish publication Fichajes, Chelsea have made a €120 million offer for Real Madrid midfielder Federico Valverde. The publication claims that Rosenior has reportedly identified Valverde as the ideal player to strengthen his midfield. Real Madrid are reportedly reluctant to sell Valverde, but they have not yet dismissed Chelsea’s offer because of the financial impact a €120m sale could have. Fichajes states that Florentino Perez is not likely to approve a departure unless Valverde expresses his desire to leave the Spanish club for a move to Stamford Bridge.
