Borussia Dortmund's sporting director, Sebastian Kehl, has stated the club does not plan to let Fábio Silva leave in the winter, yet the player remains on the wish list of FC Porto. The Portuguese club is reportedly considering a loan deal until the end of the season to compensate for the injured Luuk de Jong. Silva, who joined Dortmund in August 2025, had also been the subject of concrete interest in a loan from Betis Sevilla.
