Notts County are set to sign Dundee striker Emile Acquah on a permanent deal. The 25-year-old English striker is set to join the Magpies, returning to the EFL after spending half of last season on loan with Harrogate Town. Notts County, who are preparing for their return to League One, view the signing as a low-cost and calculated risk intended to provide squad depth and add a specific player profile, rather than as a move for immediate goals. Acquah, who has one cap for England C, joined Dundee in July 2025 and his contract was due to expire in 2028. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €200k.
