Diogo Brasido, a 23-year-old Portuguese right-back, is close to returning to Polish football through a potential permanent transfer from Estoril to Widzew Lodz. This move would represent his debut in Poland's top division, following a loan spell at second-tier club Polonia Warszawa last season. Brasido has not made a first-team appearance for Estoril since joining in July 2025 and has one year left on his contract with the Portuguese club. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €200k. The transfer would be in the opposite direction of a previous move made by Stelios Andreou, who transferred from Widzew Lodz to Estoril.
