Keith Wyness told Football Insider in April that the Premier League club Brighton could be prepared to attract Braga to England this summer. Tony Bloom, who owns both Hearts and Brighton, is expected to be influential in the forward's future and has now been suggested to be likely to attract Braga to his other club. It has been hinted that Braga could reject offers from both Celtic and Rangers in order to move to the Premier League side as he continues to consider his options.

According to sources for ESPN, Scotland's player of the year, Cláudio Braga, is attracting interest from elsewhere, including Brighton.

Brighton and Crystal Palace are showing an interest in 26-year-old Portuguese centre-forward Claudio Braga following his high level of performance for Hearts. Celtic are also keen on the player for a summer move. It is understood that Hearts might be willing to sell Braga for approximately £5m and would prefer a sale to a club abroad if he is to leave. In the current 2025/2026 Scottish Premiership season, Braga has scored 12 goals and provided 5 assists in 29 appearances. The forward, who joined Hearts in July 2025 from Aalesund for €520,000, has a contract until May 2028 and a current market value of €6.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
