A report from Fichajes indicates that 22-year-old Nigerian attacker Christantus Uche is likely to return to Getafe at the end of the season. Crystal Palace signed the player from the Spanish club in the summer on a loan deal. The deal includes an option to buy that becomes permanent if certain conditions are met. Getafe were hoping Crystal Palace would sign him permanently to raise funds. Uche has made two league appearances from the bench for the London club and has not started a Premier League game. The Nigerian international has three caps for his country and is under contract with Getafe until June 2028. According to Transfermarkt, he has a current market value of €15.00m.
