Callum O'Dowda Transfer from Cardiff City to Hull City
Callum O’Dowda was a top target for Hull City as a left-back, but the transfer is also off due to Hull's transfer embargo. Hull City cannot pay a fee for a player until the January transfer window of 2027 as they have been hit with a three-window transfer ban by the EFL. This embargo was imposed because Hull were late in paying Aston Villa for Louie Barry’s loan. Hull can only sign free agents or players for no fee with the EFL’s consent, making O'Dowda's transfer a non-goer. Transfermarkt currently estimates his market worth at 1.20m euros.
