Ayyoub Bouaddi Transfer from LOSC Lille to Manchester United
Manchester United scouts have attended several Lille matches this season to monitor Bouaddi, according to information from Paddy Attacking Football. Bouaddi is expected to leave LOSC for 45 million euros, and his contract with the club runs until June 2027.
According to Team Talk, Manchester United has also joined the chase for Ayyoub Bouaddi. Christopher Vivell, the head of youth talent recruitment, is said to have been charmed by the Lille player. Bouaddi's profile perfectly matches Manchester United's new philosophy, which focuses on the emergence of promising young players. According to exclusive information from Africafoot, Manchester United's interest may be fueled by Bouaddi's contractual situation, as by the summer of 2026 he will have only one year left on his contract with Lille. His market value is estimated at 30 million euros and he earns an annual salary of 270,000 euros.
Manchester United are considering moving for Lille midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi. According to TEAMtalk transfer insider Dean Jones, the player was watched by many scouts in a recent game against PSG where he played a full 90 minutes. Jones wrote that Man Utd and Christopher Vivell 'definitely like him'. There are concerns over the current state of the club and how much of an immediate impact he could have on Ruben Amorim’s squad. It is reportedly difficult to know how an offer would be measured because the club is in a 'very fragile stage' of its squad rebuild. Jones believes Bouaddi is 'extremely good' and could make an impact on the current players, adding that he thinks United 'would open up a pathway for him'.
According to journalist Ekrem Konur, Manchester United are likely to be among the teams to watch in the race for Bouaddi's signature, and the player could be available for a fee of around £40m.
Manchester United have sent scouts to watch Bouaddi and are closely tracking him this season. The club is among the Premier League teams prepared to act if an opportunity to sign him emerges.
Manchester United is one of the English clubs that have recently observed Bouaddi's performances, receiving highly positive feedback. The Lille youngster has attracted significantly more attention due to his 20 appearances in Ligue 1 and his standout performances in the Champions League, including a last-16 knockout match against Dortmund. Nevertheless, Bouaddi is unable to transfer to a new team until January 2026, when he turns 18, allowing clubs time to plan their strategies. Despite the ongoing speculation, Lille aims to either secure a new contract with him or achieve a lucrative transfer similar to Leny Yoro's €62 million move to Manchester United last summer.
