According to Dsports, West Ham have agreed a deal in principle with Alpha Toure for a transfer ahead of next season. The Premier League side is reportedly prepared to pay a fee of nearly £6 million to convince FC Metz to sell the player. Discussions between the two clubs are progressing quickly and positively, giving West Ham a significant advantage over other interested clubs. The Hammers are expected to finalise the deal by next week.

According to L'Équipe, Alpha Touré received a 7 million euro offer from West Ham, a Premier League club. Sporting director Frédéric Arpinon rejected the proposal. Alpha Touré responded that he is focused on his game and that his agent handles such matters.

Alpha Touré, a 19-year-old Senegalese player at FC Metz, has attracted interest from West Ham during the winter transfer window. This is a period in which the French club could potentially lose several players from their midfield. Touré joined Metz in July 2024 and his contract runs until June 2028. He has made 17 appearances in Ligue 1 this season and has received five caps for Senegal's U17 national team. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is currently estimated at €2.00m.
