According to Mundo Deportivo, Adrià Altimira has been transferred to Deportivo. The 24-year-old Spanish right-back has become Deportivo's second winter signing, joining as a free agent after leaving Villarreal. This season with his former club, he played in four matches: one in the league and three in the Copa del Rey. The Catalan footballer signed with the Galician club until June 2028 and arrives to reinforce a position where coach Antonio Hidalgo had lost a key player, Ximo Navarro. Altimira, a product of the FC Barcelona youth academy, played 26 league matches last season while on loan at Leganés. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €1.40m.
