Napoli is interested in signing SV Werder Bremen's 25-year-old German winger Justin Njinmah as a new attacking option for coach Antonio Conte. The proposed deal is a €2 million loan with an €8 million obligation to buy, which is conditional on the club qualifying for European competitions. The total fee for the winger would be €10 million, with a potential agreement in the coming hours.
Roma had previously made an offer for Njinmah a year ago but did not reach an agreement with Werder Bremen. Njinmah has acknowledged past offers, stating that moving abroad could be an option and that the decision to remain at his club was made jointly after they indicated a desire to keep him. His contract with the German club runs until 2027, and he has scored four goals in 16 Bundesliga appearances this season. According to Transfermarkt, Njinmah has a current market value of €7.00m.
