Jeff Ekhator faces a decision in January regarding whether to remain at Juventus or depart on loan. There are doubts concerning his future with Juventus. The 19-year-old Italian-Nigerian forward joined from Genoa in the summer. Ekhator is nearing a return from an injury sustained in a friendly in Basel on July 18, which recurred at the end of August. Upon his return, considerations regarding his management for the latter half of the season may commence. He joined Juventus for a reported fee of €16 million with an additional €2 million in bonuses, and his contract is valid until June 2031. The forward has one cap for Italy, and his current market value is €18 million, according to Transfermarkt. Parma and Genoa have been linked as possible loan destinations.
