In December 2025, Amadou Haidara's completed transfer to RC Lens was reported for a fee between €1.5 million and €3 million, with the latter figure cited most often. At the same time, his Transfermarkt value was noted as €12 million. Earlier, in August 2025, rumours linked him with a potential €25 million offer from Real Sociedad and an estimated value of around €20 million in relation to interest from AS Roma. His Transfermarkt value during that summer period was reported to be €16 million.

Our valuation is based on the widely reported transfer of Amadou Haidara from RB Leipzig to RC Lens in December 2025. Multiple sources confirm a fee in the €1.5 million to €3 million range. The low value, despite higher market estimates earlier in the year, is a direct result of the player's expiring contract and lack of playing time at Leipzig, which created an urgent need for the club to sell.
