Late in the transfer window, both Everton and West Ham reportedly investigated a potential deal for out-of-favour Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Yves Bissouma. It is understood that Spurs would entertain a suitable bid for the 28-year-old Malian international, who does not feature in manager Thomas Frank's plans following Joao Palhinha's arrival. According to Football Insider, the player is pushing to leave after a reported fallout with Frank. Sources for the publication stated the north London club is now prepared to listen to offers for the midfielder, who has less than a year remaining on his contract. Speaking on the Inside Track podcast, Pete O'Rourke affirmed that Tottenham would be open to an appropriate offer and that Bissouma would likely be interested in a move to get regular playing time. Turkey and the Saudi Pro League are now being considered as possible destinations for the player. As per Transfermarkt, Bissouma's market value is currently €25 million.
