Swansea City are interested in signing Yacine Titraoui but face competition from Olympiacos FC. It is reported that Olympiacos FC have reached an €8M agreement with Sporting Charleroi for the 23-year-old midfielder. Olympiacos FC is offering Titraoui the opportunity to play in the UEFA Champions League, a four-year contract that would make him one of the club's highest-paid players, and the possibility of a future transfer to Nottingham Forest. It is therefore considered unlikely that Titraoui will choose Swansea. Swansea are expected to be a mid-table Championship side. Titraoui has five caps for Algeria. Last season, he made 50 appearances in the Jupiler Pro League, scoring five goals and providing one assist. Sporting Charleroi signed Titraoui from Paradou AC in July 2024 for a fee that was reported to be €1.2 million.
