Sheffield United face a decision on Tyrese Campbell's long-term future when the January transfer window opens. Campbell, who is under contract until June 2028, is no longer guaranteed regular minutes with the Blades and his situation is uncertain. His priority for selection has decreased, and if he is not in Chris Wilder's plans, the club might consider selling him this winter for a suitable price. A transfer could be beneficial for all involved, as Sheffield United would receive funds for other reinforcements.

Tyrese Campbell's role at Sheffield United has decreased in the 2025/26 campaign. The 26-year-old English and Jamaican centre-forward's contract expires in 2027, and he is approaching the last 12 months of his contract. It is suggested that if Wilder continues to favour Bamford and Cannon, Sheffield United could sell Campbell this summer, which is presented as a potential final opportunity to receive a significant transfer fee for him. Campbell could potentially find a more prevalent role at another Championship club, and his success at the level is expected to attract interest. He is presented as a potential signing for a mid-table club with aspirations of challenging for promotion in the future. He joined the club on 11/08/2024 and has 5 goals and 2 assists in 29 Championship appearances this season. The forward has 2 caps for England U20 and a current market value of €9.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
