Leeds are believed to be aware of the progress of Tochukwu Nnadi, a 22-year-old Nigerian international who plays for Zulte Waregem. Brighton, Newcastle, and Crystal Palace are also reportedly conscious of his development. West Ham, however, are preparing an official offer and have already held talks with his representatives.
