FC Nürnberg rejected a concrete offer from AC Milan for Tino Kusanović in the winter. Coach Miroslav Klose and sporting director Michael Wiesinger stopped the transfer. They emphasized Kusanović's status as an extremely promising homegrown player. Dinamo Zagreb, HNK Rijeka, and Hajduk Split are now also seriously interested in the young forward.
