Bologna's technical department is evaluating Tijjani Noslin, a 26-year-old Dutch winger from Lazio, as a transfer target. His tactical versatility is a primary factor in their interest, as he can be deployed as a main striker or as an offensive winger on either side. However, the operation is complicated due to a disagreement on the transfer formula. Bologna will only consider acquiring the player on a loan with an option to buy. Conversely, Lazio's president, Claudio Lotito, insists on a loan with an obligation to buy set at 20 million euros plus 2 million in bonuses and, according to reports, has rejected all other proposals. With these conflicting positions, the likelihood of the deal being completed is minimal. In the current Serie A season, Noslin has made 15 appearances, scoring 2 goals and providing 1 assist. His contract with Lazio is valid until June 2029, and his market value is €6.50m, according to Transfermarkt. Several other Serie A clubs, including Fiorentina, Cagliari, Parma, and Torino, have also been recently linked with the player. The €20 million valuation is consistent with reports from January 2026 of an advanced deal with Monaco for a similar amount, while a reported loan-to-buy offer from Torino for €10 million was rejected in June 2025.
