According to The Athletic, Mourinho has instructed Real Madrid to reject any offer for Thiago Pitarch, as he considers the player part of the first team for this season. A few days ago, the club rejected an offer from Lille, which had chosen Pitarch to be the replacement for Bouaddi, who is close to becoming a Manchester City player. Real Madrid has decided against a transfer for their youth player.

LOSC Lille attempted to sign the Spanish-Moroccan Thiago Pitarch in their search for a replacement for Ayyoub Bouaddi, who is nearing a move to Manchester City. The French club leveraged the connections of their coach, Davide Ancelotti, from his time at Real Madrid and made an approach for the 19-year-old midfielder, but it was rejected. Real Madrid has no intention of selling the player, on whom they rely heavily, especially after failing to sign another midfielder. Pitarch recently signed an improved contract and has established himself within the first-team rotation. The player, who has 9 caps for the Spain U19 team, has a current market value of €20.00m according to Transfermarkt. Several other clubs, including Fulham, Milan, and Newcastle United, have also been linked with him.
