A transfer meeting has taken place between LOSC Lille and Galatasaray's 22-year-old Turkish goalkeeper, Jankat Yılmaz. The French club is now preparing to approach Galatasaray. It is reported that Yılmaz is not inclined to sign a new contract due to issues with getting regular playing time. Lille views the potential transfer as an investment for the future. The club had previously signed goalkeeper Berke Özer. Yılmaz joined Galatasaray in July 2022 and has a contract with the club until June 30, 2027. He has been capped five times by the Türkiye U21 team. His current Transfermarkt valuation is €2.00m.
