Antwerp is targeting 19-year-old striker Snayder Porozo from the Ecuadorian club Aucas to compensate for the departures of players including Vincent Janssen and Gyrano Kerk. Porozo is one of the talents from the South American country that the club is monitoring. The striker has scored three goals in fourteen games this season, and Antwerp reportedly wants to sign him before his value increases to limit the transfer fee. David Van den Broeck reports that Antwerp is pursuing the tall and fast Ecuadorian, who plays for the first-division side SD Aucas. The club is also reportedly monitoring another young forward, 18-year-old Panamanian youth international Josué Vergara, who plays in Latvia. Porozo joined SD Aucas in January 2025. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €250k.
