After not succeeding in its pursuit of Nemanja Gudelj, Antwerp is now interested in Bahmed Deuff. Deuff is a 20-year-old Mauritanian defensive midfielder who also holds French citizenship and is under contract with Nantes until mid-2029. It is reported that Antwerp is seeking to loan the player with an option to buy for around two million, and Nieuwsblad also confirms this detail. Deuff has not yet made his senior international debut for Mauritania. His current market value, according to Transfermarkt, is €1.20m.
