Benfica is considering Cavese's 2007-born goalkeeper, Simone Iuliano, as a potential investment for the future. The Portuguese club faces competition, as several Serie A clubs are also reportedly monitoring the player for a future acquisition. Among them, Napoli might be interested, having already made approaches for Iuliano during the summer transfer window. The goalkeeper currently has a contract with Cavese until 2027.
