Inter Milan and Borussia Dortmund have been consistently scouting Samson Baidoo, who is a 21-year-old Austrian centre-back for Lens. Both clubs are considering initiating discussions for a transfer. It is reported that Lens is open to selling the player if a bid in the range of €45-55m is submitted. Other clubs from the Premier League and German Bundesliga are also showing interest. Baidoo joined Lens from Red Bull Salzburg in July 2025 for a fee reported to be €8 million. His current contract runs until June 2030. In the current Ligue 1 season, Baidoo has made 18 appearances, scoring two goals and providing one assist. The defender has been capped 15 times for the Austria U21 team, for which he has scored one goal. His current Transfermarkt valuation is €12 million.
