According to TEAMtalk sources, Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid are both interested in Manchester United's 28-year-old Argentine defender Lisandro Martinez. His future is under consideration. The defender is also reportedly considering his options, with his camp unwilling to commit to a decision before the New Year, though the expectation is that he will not leave the club before next summer. Martínez, who has 38 caps for Argentina, joined the club in July 2022 for a reported €57.4 million and has a contract until 2027. His current market value is listed by Transfermarkt at €45.00m. During the summer of 2026, reports linked Atletico Madrid with a potential €40 million deal.
