There was significant interest in 24-year-old Nigerian international right-back Ryan Alebiosu. This season, he has contributed one goal and two assists in 22 Championship appearances for Blackburn Rovers. The Arsenal youth player will remain at Ewood Park at least until the summer. Genoa, VfL Wolfsburg, and Everton were among the clubs recently linked with the player. In January 2026, it was reported that Blackburn Rovers rejected a €5 million offer from Genoa. An asking price of around £4 million was also cited during that period.
