Quinten Timber Transfer from Feyenoord to Crystal Palace
During the January window, Crystal Palace, West Ham, and Nottingham Forest were among several Premier League clubs that made a concrete enquiry for Feyenoord midfielder Quinten Timber, as they all sought to strengthen their midfield. According to sources, all three clubs held discussions with the 24-year-old player and his representatives. Other English teams, including Everton, Fulham and Brentford, also explored a potential deal. However, Timber rejected the approaches, clarifying that his preference at this stage was to continue his career in continental Europe instead of moving to the Premier League. The Netherlands international, who has earned 8 caps and scored 1 goal for his country, has consequently approved a move to Marseille. Timber joined Feyenoord in July 2022 and has scored 2 goals and provided 4 assists in 17 Eredivisie appearances this season. His contract is set to expire in June 2026, and Transfermarkt lists his current market value as €25.00m. Reports indicated that in January 2026, Feyenoord was demanding €10 million for an immediate transfer. The asking price in the summer of 2025 was reported to be between €25 million and €30 million.
