According to L’Equipe, Othmane Maamma is attracting significant interest after his excellent start to the season, and FC Porto are now credited with an interest in the Moroccan. While it was reported in April that Watford had set a €15m price tag on the player, the latest report claims that a bid of €10m could be enough for Watford to approve his departure.

Porto is following Othmane Maamma, a 20-year-old winger who was trained at Montpellier and named the best player at the last U20 World Cup. Bologna also has a positive view of the Moroccan international's profile and may take action if Jonathan Rowe leaves for Atalanta Bergame. Maamma, who has one cap for Morocco, joined his current club Watford in July 2025 and is contracted until 2029. He is valued at €8 million, according to Transfermarkt.
