Manchester City are interested in 17-year-old Porto striker Oskar Pietuszewski, but they have competition. Arsenal and Chelsea are also interested in the player. Both Manchester City and Chelsea have scouted Pietuszewski's performances for his club and the Polish under-21 national team. Manchester City might consider a deal where they sign the striker and then loan him back to Porto for a season. It is reported that Arsenal view him as a long-term acquisition and could submit a €40 million offer. Pietuszewski's current contract runs until 2029 and contains a €60 million release clause. Porto does not want to sell him and hopes to offer a new deal that would raise the clause to between €80 million and €100 million. The striker joined Porto in January 2026, has two caps for the senior Poland national team, and his current market value on Transfermarkt is €20.00m.
