Derby County has an opportunity to re-sign winger Omari Kellyman from Chelsea this summer. Kellyman, who came through Derby's academy, moved to Chelsea from Aston Villa for a fee of €22.5 million and has yet to make a senior appearance. If Chelsea makes the player available, Derby might face competition from Cardiff, as it is suggested the Bluebirds could try to sign him again, while Blackburn Rovers have also been linked.
