Antwerp previously showed interest in Nobel Mendy and may make another attempt to sign him now that his transfer to PSV has failed due to work permit issues in the Netherlands. In Belgium, obtaining such a permit should not be problematic.

Antwerp is following Mendy's transfer situation closely. Mendy's price is set at around five million euros, although it might be reduced via a percentage on a future sale. Mendy is interested in moving to Belgium.

Antwerp is also interested in signing Nobel Mendy for the upcoming summer transfer window. During the winter transfer window, Anderlecht had shown strong interest in Mendy, but Real Betis decided not to let the young Senegalese defender leave.
