Despite the interest from multiple clubs, sources indicate that Sunderland are adamant about not selling the DR Congo international, whom they consider a central figure in their long-term project. Sadiki has 18 caps for his country, a contract until June 2030, and has made 27 Premier League appearances this season. His current market value is listed by Transfermarkt as €30.00m. Reports from December 2025 suggested Sunderland could be tempted by a €60 million offer, which is a significant increase on the €17 million fee they paid to Union Saint-Gilloise in July 2025.
