According to TEAMtalk, representatives from Brentford, Brighton & Hove Albion, Leeds United, Man Utd, and Tottenham Hotspur were present on Sunday to watch Anderlecht winger Nilson Angulo score the only goal in a 1-0 victory against Union Saint-Gilloise. Angulo is a 22-year-old Ecuador international who joined Anderlecht in July 2022. He has 12 caps and one goal for his country. In September, he signed a new four-year contract. This season, he has four goals and eight assists in 22 matches. Specifically in the current Jupiler Pro League season, he has contributed 3 goals and 7 assists in 15 appearances. Despite his new contract, a transfer could be possible. A January move, however, is considered doubtful as the player is focused on his game time. It has been reported that Man Utd have added Angulo to their transfer shortlist for next year. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €4.50m.
