Three La Liga clubs have inquired about Anderlecht winger Nilson Angulo. The clubs, Real Sociedad, Real Betis, and Atletico Madrid, have all shown interest in the 22-year-old Ecuadorian. It is expected that Atletico Madrid will not pursue the transfer immediately, as the club intends to strengthen other positions this winter. Angulo is reportedly considered an option for Atletico in the event that Nico Gonzalez leaves, meaning a potential transfer would not occur until the summer at the earliest. However, one of the other interested Spanish clubs could potentially attempt a transfer sooner. The Ecuadorian international has 12 caps and one goal for his country. He has a contract with Anderlecht until June 2029 and has scored 4 goals and provided 7 assists in 19 league appearances this season. During the summer 2025 window, Anderlecht's asking price was reported to be €20 million, and the club rejected a €5 million offer from Sevilla in July 2025.
