Bologna and Frosinone are showing interest in Motiejus Sapola, a 2006-born Lithuanian central defender, with the two clubs considering a move to reinforce their defences for the 2027/28 season. Sapola is currently on loan at Spezia from his parent club, Pisa. Spezia has a purchase option for 800,000 euros, but Pisa retains a counter-option. The defender has been capped 7 times for the Lithuania U21 national team and has a Transfermarkt market value of €100,000.
