Morgan Whittaker Transfer from Plymouth Argyle to Rangers
Plymouth Argyle is open to the possibility of Rangers target Morgan Whittaker leaving if the club expresses interest. The Ibrox club has shown a sustained interest in acquiring the winger. Neil Dewsnip, the director of football at Home Park, indicated that the club would not oppose any player's departure, including Whittaker, provided the player wishes to leave and the club can prepare for the exit. A previous offer of approximately £7 million, including add-ons, was turned down during the summer transfer window. The Scottish Premiership club had previously shown interest when Michael Beale was in charge and Whittaker was with Swansea City.
Morgan Whittaker was in discussions with Rangers earlier this summer and was open to the move, but the transfer ultimately couldn't be agreed upon. This was the second time Rangers attempted to sign Whittaker, having previously tried to bring him in from Swansea.
