Bologna and Serbian Centre-Back Mihajlo Ilic, 23, have agreed to a contract renewal, extending the previous expiry date of 30 June 2028 to 2029. Ilic joined Bologna from Partizan in January 2024 for a fee reported to be €4.5 million. This extension occurred after a loan spell at Anderlecht, which had a purchase option reportedly valued between €5.5 million and €6 million. Anderlecht decided against exercising this option in June 2026. The defender, who has not yet been capped by the Serbian national team, has a current market value of €2.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
