The bid is reportedly for €10 million, supplemented by a sell-on clause. The same source claims the player is eager to make the move to the Istanbul club, but CSKA is hesitant to approve the sale with the summer transfer window nearing its end. Nevertheless, discussions between the two clubs are still in progress. Kislyak, whose contract with CSKA is valid until June 30, 2028, has a market valuation of €8 million from Transfermarkt and has also drawn attention from Beşiktaş's Turkish competitors, Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe.
