There has been prolonged speculation about Marian Huja's potential departure from Pogon Szczecin, as his transfer is considered to have been unsuccessful. A return to Romania is now a possibility, as FCSB is interested in the Portuguese-Romanian central defender. A club from China is also monitoring the player. Previously, the 26-year-old had been linked with a loan move to Wieczysta Kraków, as well as with clubs in Turkey and Portugal. Huja's contract with Pogon is valid until mid-2027 and includes an option for a further year. The defender joined Pogon Szczecin in July 2025 and has made 15 appearances in the Ekstraklasa this season, scoring two goals and providing one assist. He has one cap for Portugal's U18 team. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €1.50m.
