FCSB wants to transfer FC Voluntari player Remus Guțea. Guțea has admitted that he would like to join the red and blue club, but there is an obstacle to the transfer. According to Fanatik, FC Voluntari is requesting 600,000 euros and 15% of a future transfer fee for the player.

According to Fanatik, Gigi Becali stated that Dumitru Dragomir was impressed by Remus Guțea and suggested that Becali should transfer the player to FCSB this summer. Becali expressed concern that Florentin Pandele, the mayor of Voluntari, might increase Guțea's price if FCSB shows interest. Becali said that if he wanted the player, it would cost a lot of money, explaining that if his godson heard about his interest, the godson would say Becali should pay because the godfather has money.
