Lucas Torreira, a 29-year-old Uruguayan who plays for Galatasaray, is on the shortlist for Ajax. The club's director of football, Marijn Beuker, visited the player's entourage in Istanbul. Torreira's contract with the Turkish club runs until June 2028, and he has made 16 appearances in the Süper Lig this season.
