Luca Netz Transfer from Borussia Mönchengladbach to Tottenham Hotspur
According to Team Talk, Tottenham Hotspur is actively seeking to sign Borussia Mönchengladbach’s Luca Netz. Netz, whose contract with Mönchengladbach is set to expire at the end of the season, has been monitored by Tottenham for some time. Spurs are eager to accelerate the process and sign him as early as this January transfer window. Early conversations have happened, with the north London club prepared to offer a modest fee to sign him mid-season.
Tottenham Hotspur is monitoring Luca Netz, a 22-year-old German left-back from Borussia Mönchengladbach. The left-back's contract is due to expire after the current season, and a renewal with Gladbach is reportedly very unlikely at this time. In the past, Lazio Rom was also mentioned as a potential destination for a January transfer, as the Italian club is seeking a replacement for Nuno Tavares. However, it is uncertain if Netz could depart during the winter transfer window. Netz joined Gladbach in August 2021 and has 17 caps for Germany's U21 team. In the current Bundesliga season, he has made 11 appearances and has provided one assist. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €6.00m.
