Chelsea are reportedly unhappy with the development of Liam Delap and have offered the striker a loan move to Strasbourg. According to Simon Phillips, discussions have taken place for a move to the fellow BlueCo club, but Delap's preference is apparently to reject the loan. Manchester United, Newcastle United, Everton, Brighton, and Sunderland had previously shown interest in Delap.
