Watford are reportedly interested in signing Leo Castledine. Football League World reported that at least six second-tier clubs are monitoring him. According to The Sun, Leo Castledine could be available for a minimum price of £1 million this winter. His current contract with Chelsea is due to expire at the end of the season, although Chelsea have an option to extend his contract by 12 months.

The Sun reports that Chelsea are planning a January exit for on-loan attacking midfielder Leo Castledine, following his impressive performances for League One club Huddersfield Town. The 21-year-old has scored 10 goals and provided two assists in 27 league games for the Terriers and is attracting interest from Watford and other Championship clubs. According to the terms of his season-long loan, Chelsea can recall Castledine in the first two weeks of January. Chelsea are keen to arrange a permanent transfer before the end of the month, with an asking price of around £1m.
