Oxford United is interested in Guingamp's 26-year-old Malian and French defensive midfielder, Kalidou Sidibé. There is also interest from other clubs. Championship club Wrexham is very interested in Sidibé, and KS Cracovia also wants to purchase him in January. With the player's contract ending in June, a departure during the winter transfer window is under consideration. Sidibé joined Guingamp in August 2023 for a €700,000 fee. In 15 Ligue 2 appearances this season, he has scored one goal and provided two assists. His market value is listed as €1.80m by Transfermarkt. Reports from May 2025 suggested Guingamp valued him at £1.7 million. Celtic reportedly made a bid for that amount.
