Joshua Zirkzee Transfer from Manchester United to Brighton & Hove Albion

According to TEAMtalk, Joshua Zirkzee hopes to leave Manchester United for another Premier League club in January, and Brighton & Hove Albion are interested in a permanent deal.

Brighton is another option for Joshua Zirkzee, but according to CaughtOffside, the competition for his position is tougher there.

According to Graeme Bailey of TBR Football, Zirkzee wants to leave and has already had talks about this with people at United. Bailey said Zirkzee wants to go to the World Cup finals but will not be able to given the current status quo. Bailey stated a move will be worked out before January. Zirkzee will likely be available for around €35-40m this winter, and there is interest from clubs in the Premier League, with Brighton looking like a potential destination.

Joshua Zirkzee reportedly wants to leave Manchester United this January, having found regular playing time limited under Ruben Amorim, with competition increasing after the summer signings of Matheus Cunha, Benjamin Sesko, and Bryan Mbeumo. According to the Daily Mail, the 24-year-old Dutch forward believes a move is crucial to get more playing time to boost his World Cup hopes. His contract at Manchester United runs until 2029 and Transfermarkt places his value at €30 million. Brighton could offer him the chance to stay in English football, and as recently reported for the Daily Briefing, he has many suitors ahead of January. Other English clubs interested include Aston Villa and West Ham, while Juventus, AC Milan, and Como are also keen on the forward, who is expected to look favourably on a return to Italy.
