Jordy Bawuah is transferring from PSV to FC Twente, as the young midfielder has been sold. Bawuah was originally scheduled to participate in the Jong PSV match against RKC Waalwijk in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie but was removed from the squad on Friday. The nineteen-year-old Belgian, who also holds Ghanaian citizenship, must still travel to Enschede, where he can sign a multi-year contract once all formalities are completed. The transfer fee that FC Twente will pay for the defensive midfielder is not currently known. Bawuah, who joined PSV from RC Genk in 2018, had a contract in Eindhoven that ran until mid-2027. He has earned 10 caps and scored one goal for the U19 team of Belgium, and his current market value is €500k, according to Transfermarkt.
