It is reported that PSV are among several foreign clubs monitoring Néider Parra, a 21-year-old Colombian defender from Atletico Nacional. Parra has received offers from clubs in England, Italy, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, with PSV and the other previously mentioned clubs being specifically named.
